When I cut the alarm wire by accident I found Paul on Google, and called him out the blue, he spent 10 minutes on the phone with a stranger helping me to re-set the alarm (not by sight, just his god like knowledge of alarm systems from my rubbish description of it!). He then came out later the same day helped identify the issue and quote me for the repair, nothing paid or too pay at this point!
We went for a whole new alarm system, and Paul was bloody brilliant. He suggested the system, where to place all the sensors etc, and took out all old system and wiring. He was friendly, engaging, professional. He made it really simple to understand, offered help with some none alarm issues, left no mess, and we now have a great new system.
