I have used this company twice. First time I had a booster box fitted to boost the signal, the man that came was an older man but really nice and the price was good. 2 years later my signal started playing up so booked a visit to have it looked at and two men came. One looked rough the other well presented. Both agreed I needed a new booster box which was £65. A few days later the signal went so called them back. The rough guy called Darren started verbally abusing me in my own home, said it was my now box and they should charge me a £65 call out charge. I said I wanted my money back and my old box back, I had to ask Darren to leave as I was very upset. He is a nasty piece of work, don’t let him in your home, can’t be trusted and can turn on you. The other man was embarrassed and said he couldn’t speak for him, gave me cash back and left, with Me in tears. It was actually the Aerial cable what was shorted, I would never use this company again, the worst ever. When I made a complaint the receptionist said she would get the owner to call me, never did!!!

Very disappointed with this company after they were quite unhelpful. We bought a £450 tv off them and asked them to install it as it was for my 86 year old mother who lived nearby. Unforthnately onky 9 months later my mother had to go into a home where 9 months later she passed away. Having inherited the tv we set it up in our own home near Preston where it failed to get a signal. There was no fault with the aerial so I contacted AC for advice particularly as I had discovered they had sold us a "Hospitality tv." They firstly refused to help but after pleading for advice eventually their "engineer" called us. All I wanted was some advice on how to install this tv and although they had previously installed it they could offer no advice except ring Samsung. I cannot recommend people use this company as they do not provide any reasonable after care service. l

Fantastic service, called me back with appointment time. Arrived on time, did the job cheaper than quoted. Professional, courteous, reliable, honest definitely would recommend.
