RICK 001 StarDreadful customer service with scandalous call-out charges. When we stopped using them they were going to charge us £180 just to disconnect the alarm!!! After the first few months of using them we found out they hadn't connected the alarm properly so wasnt even being monitored...Saturday 1st February 2020

Andrew Walker1 StarWhen I reported that our alarm was going off at random they said they wouldn't have an engineer in the area for 2 months. Eventually they said an engineer would phone but he didn't.
