Cut up on the motorway slip road in wet weather by someone driving an AGS security van too fast and recklessly. Proceeded to hurl abuse at me and then chase me down the motorway driving aggressively.

Poor customer service. Came out to provide a quote for gate automation and an intercom. No communication for 2 weeks, despite multiple emails and phone calls. Upon the 4th phone call to ask for a quote, informed that on this occasion they will not quote. No reason given for this either.
