I had a quote for cctv, I had a query with the installation. I have sent two emails to Chris to date I've had no response. No doubt they don't need the work.

Poor customer service. Came out to provide a quote for gate automation and an intercom. No communication for 2 weeks, despite multiple emails and phone calls. Upon the 4th phone call to ask for a quote, informed that on this occasion they will not quote. No reason given for this either.

Rang to get my alarm repaired or replaced, said would be in touch, 8 days later they haven’t bothered to call. Very poor, went to a which trusted trader made an appointment straight away turned up on time did a good job.
