Please be cautious of this company ...They don't give you a contract upon signing up , even if you do not sign the 48 hour waiver you are still forced to work more than 48 hours a week ...back to back like a dog , you will be lucky to get 6 hours slept between shifts ...which is illegal.. I feel ill and was told I must go to work as am on probation... You a paid just £7.50 per hour , even thought they advise around £10 per hour .I decided to hand in my notice, and when I did ,I was told that if I didn't work a extra week that my p45 will not be released .I would not advise anyone nor my worst enemy to work for this company ...

Great company to work for admin staff great like your family said to go ! Shame ian west is going just shame there isnt another calibre like him ... ... Read incident reports FAZ Then you will know calibre of your SD,S besides that great company ...

I had the pleasure of meeting one of your Security Guard's that works at Lidl in Bloomfield Road Blackpool. I am disabled and use a four wheeled walker which i need to help me mobilize. One of the wheels on my walker was working it's self loose and Tom went out of his way to help me by mending the wheel. Also whilst i was walking around the shop he saw me a couple of times and asked if the wheel was working which it was and still is thanx to Tom. So please can i take this moment to say Thank You very much Tom. From Debbie
