Tom Croft5 StarI had a faulty intruder alarm system and had been let down by another company. I phoned Beta Security Systems and spoke to Derek who was extremely helpful and polite. He quickly came to my property and diagnosed the problem, giving me a number of options with which to fix the problem. He then came and installed a new system for me, explaining to me what he was doing all the way through the installation. Once the work was complete he gave thorough instructions on how to use the new system and ever since it has worked perfectly. His professionalism throughout was superb and he was always happy to give advice and help when we sought it. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. Many thanks!Wednesday 15th May 2019
