They made a visit and checked the current alarm system as it was faulty, followed by a walk round and a chat about what i wanted. I then received an invoice for an upgrade, with breakdown of cost. Great service from start to finish. I would 100% recommend Blackburn Alarms. 👌 I really like the fact that they listen to what you want, then recommend a system to fit your needs, at a competitive price.

Brilliant company to deal with. We switched from our old provider who's customer service was massively lacking. Just wish we had switched sooner. The engineers visited to see exactly what our requirements were and provided us with our different options. The work was carried out in a very timely and professional manner and at a reasonable price. It was also a nice touch that the engineers fully cleaned up after themselves once they had completed the work. As I said, a great company to deal with and I would highly recommend!

We have used Blackburn Alarms since 2008.Their engineers have serviced the system annually ever since then. We have had brilliant, friendly, and efficient workmanship on every occasion. 3years ago we had the system upgraded. The lads again where clean and tidy,and completed the work very quickly. Last Tuesday Aaron came todo our annual service... Another very pleasant and thorough young man.I would obviously highly recommend the company for an alarm . Installation, service, and also a call out which if you need them they are there to help quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

The process from survey through ordering to installation was thorough, professional and delivered at pace. We needed a quick installation for insurance purposes and from order confirmation to completion of the system fit and commissioning took 3 working days. We are delighted with the alarm system and with the capability Blackburn Alarms demonstrated in meeting our needs.
