We have signed up to Blackburn Alarm's for our Fire alarm at Little Brook Nursery. The service was excellent! We then had to call them out again as the fire alarm was going of constantly, someone was here within the hour and the fault was fixed. We cannot recommend Blackburn Alarms enough.

We got the alarm for my mother. They have just been out for the 12th time. We asked for a wireless alarm with doors and windows only, no passives. After visit number 7 they ran a wire half way around the out side of the house to correct a window contact. At visit number 10 they decided that it had been a fault on the main panel all along and poss did not need the wire. So that was fitted. but more visits due to it not being programmed correctly. Or so im told. This has been going on months. My mum keeps saying she wishes we had never started with it. If we get the visit 13 i think its time for refund and put house back as the found it.

A Job well done really, We had a requirement for a new alarm system and CCTV at our industrial premises , What actually surprised me was the willingness to use some of the already installed wiring and sensors to keep the costs down, usually you get 'ah they all have to be replaced'. Everything is done as planned, all neat and tidy, we had a few minor niggles that were promptly attended to and sorted out , communication with them is good we had the sales guys number, the installers number and also main office support whilst the alarm was being installed. Certainly would use them again !
