AVOID THIS COMPANY I have paid £216 call out service to fix my shutter , the guy said that you need a new motor which will cost me £600. I said I have already paid £216 so I will pay the rest (£384) , he said no, so I told him that £216 is gone in one minute for nothing , it is a joke isn’t it. He did not do anything while I called them to fix it not to give me an advice. They try to charge me £600 ( motor and labour) and £216 to check it Hahaha (£816) to change the motor. If they are really professional company the engineer should fix the shutter straightaway and deduct £216 from the total of cost , so why they said FAST FIX on their leaflet. Anyway, I found someone else is very professional, he came and checked it then he changed the motor, he charged me £300 for everything, it is massive different in the price. I should checked the people’s reviews before I used them,

i never write reviews but in this instance i feel it necessary, i had this company to look at my shop shutter recently, they sent someone to do a service on it, at a cost of £90 with out VAT, we were told it needed a new motor at the cost of £490, this was later confirmed by text from the owner. I had the foresight to get another quote and they informed me there was nothing wrong with the motor, and all it needed was a dummy end roller, this was done and the shutter is now working perfectly and only cost £40 not £490, so business`s be very aware of this company! after some research i have found out that this is a regular occurrence with this company.

I rarely write reviews but the service from this company has been so extremely poor that I feel I should warn others. The lead time given was exceeded by weeks (I appreciate things can happen, but communication was almost non existent). When the doors did finally arrive the 'u' channels where missing, meaning the door is left unsecured. I have now called maybe 6-9 times to ask when we will receive the missing parts. If anyone calls back, it is a call centre they outsource all of their calls to, who just say "it's in production". All we want is a date of when the missing parts will be with us. I have tried emailing and calling multiple times to either be fobbed off or receive no response at all. The problem is they are faceless as you can never speak to someone who works for the actual company. I have never come across a company with such an embarrassingly poor attitude to customer service... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! unless you want your doors months later than quoted without all the necessary parts. Disgusting!
