Second time I've used this company; first time was for a service after buying the house, second was to fit a new bell box. Arrived at agreed time, changed the box then checked the backup battery and cured a longstanding buzzing noise from the panel. I would have no hesitation in recommending to others, and will definitely use again

Our alarm went off for no reason in the middle of the night. There was a smoky smell coming from the box. Budget alarm repairs called out promptly and fitted a new alarm system at a very fair price. I would recommend this firm

Dreadful and rude. Turned up and did not do wot I asked him to do. And then started raising his voice in my house at me . He did not even take his shoes off. Best of all was he could not even bend down because he had bad knees and I had to open the alarm panel myself. True saying Pay peanuts you get 🐒 He did turn up on time the only positive thing I can say about him.
