Starting with a very good, well stocked extensive range to an easy to use website with very competitive pricing, but best of all was the after sales customer service. *sometimes the phone was busy*, however when you get through the technical staff are friendly, polite patient and professional. Great knowledge of the equipment and a variety of problems encountered. Only too willing to help. Great company, with Great Staff. 👍 thanks again guys. Been in the Trade many years, and wished all my encounters with suppliers were as pleasant to deal with as CCTV Empire Ltd. Always willing to advise on alternatives even when the product is cheaper. So far I’d have no hesitation in purchasing from them again. Pricing and delivery is excellent with a reputable courier. It’s a pleasure to deal with a company that is more interested in making sure you understand the product you are purchasing than just flogging products for profit.
