Sure for some people they are great & to be fair the install guys were good. But I was mis-sold an alarm (doesn't have features I asked for), bits just don’t work making the alarm basically useless (PIR sensors aren’t pet friendly ), and when I’ve called to report problems told an engineer will call back (but they never do). So I’ve spent £1100 on a system that I can’t use. This one will be ripped out soon & I’ll replace it with something else as soon as I’ve saved up.

I am the Facilities/ Health and Safety Manager for Co-operatives UK and CIA 2000 Ltd have just installed a combination wired/wireless fire alarm system in our Grade II Listed Building in Manchester City Centre. CIA 2000 were on site for approximately four weeks and the engineers were very professional, and curteous . They cleaned up after themselves each evening and kept me up-to-date with every stage of the installation. The training on the use of the fire alarm system was very professional and I am pleased to say that the fire alarm system itself is easy to operate. A fire log manual has been provided with all the fire regulations, plans of the building, fire detector zones shown clearly. If any organisation is looking to upgrade their old fire alarm system I would definitely recommend CIA 2000 not only were they very professional but were good value and the fire alarm system is of very good quality. Once again CIA 2000 Ltd, have provided our workplace with an outstanding & professional service. Karen, my first port of call on contacting CIA, was as ever, friendly & extremely helpful, as was Dean, who carried out the work, professionally & followed all the Covid guidelines. Follow up advice was given by Mark, the lovely company director.... Thank you, all ! The new alarm system you installed for us in our church is absolutely brilliant and very easy to use. Simon, the Installations Manager came and discussed and explained everything to us. Lee, who did the installation was very meticulous and conscientious explaining the workings of it. We have been customers of CIA for many years and have always been satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them any time.

Quick and Professional service from CIA for the servicing of my Business fire alarm and emergency lighting. Engineer (Anthony) was very polite and respectful of the tenants. We will continue to use CIA on our other properties.
