Mr G D Pluto1 StarVery poor after sales service. My son bought a CCTV system which has had a failed camera. (Picture is black and white and camera was found to be hot to touch) Removed from system and at suppliers instruction returned the faulty unit. This was several weeks ago. No reply to e-mails enquiring about status of the return. Very disappointed with One Stop CCTV after sales and makes me unlikely to either buy again from them or recommend to others.
Update January 2022, no camera and no communication from Onestop. Interesting there are reviews dated 7 years ago for a company that did not exist until 2020. Leave you to think that one through.Monday 3rd January 2022

Dean Holland1 StarI'm still waiting for my quotes, I've emailed, I've WhatsApp, I used to call but had no response. I've got a customer with a faulty hdd and 3 faulty cameras, can I hell as get technical support, I know they are faulty but cannot return the burned out hdd or cameras with returns info.
Also bought an 8mp Hik DVR, but on arrival it was wrong so asked for a replacement the correct one that I ordered, still came back wrong. I've now got 2 x 8mp cameras running at 5mp as the dvr won't accept the 8mp images, I'm still waiting on a technical call back from January, I gave up trying in February, luckily the cameras are on my own house.
Had loads of kit from these guys, then it changed owners and went massively down hill, either no staff or they just dont like selling stuff
Either way poor service, I'm sure covid will get blamed somewhereMonday 9th August 2021
