The last 3days my CCTV is down and they don't pick up the phone, don't answer my messages. I have 1 year warranty, so it is unacceptable. The quality of the CCTV is brilliant and I was shown how to use the device.

The level of service I recieved from my orginal inquiry, through surveying and fitting was timely and painless.
