Crime Prevention Services really are a one stop shop for fire and security monitoring. We have been aware of CPS for many years driving past the prominent headquarters alongside the A55 for many years, I have now started the migration of all our security requirements to CPS and the service has been first class, with a team who have a cando attitude. I highly recommend CPS to anyone looking for commercial or domestic security systems.

Having an ANPR barrier that works and is backed up by professional support were our key criteria in when selecting a supplier. After talking to several companies and asking industry colleagues for recommendations, we selected Crime Prevention Services. CPS installed a barrier at Tree Tops Caravan Park, in Flintshire in February 2020. From the outset we were impressed with their professional approach, their customer centric attitude and their product knowledge. All of this has lead to a faultless installation, happy end users and enhanced security at our business. A winning combination of Dave the brilliant Installation Engineer, Karen the inspirational MD, a lovely team in the office and a tidy installation are the reasons we will keep going back to CPS for business solutions!

So I visited CPS - Crime Prevention Services as a client today and what can I say!, such a lovely bunch of people, the business has a really friendly family feel, literally all the staff are motivated to work which is so refreshing!, the md was really friendly and lots of fun, she clearly knows how to make staff feel appreciated and u can see that through all aspects of the business. The knowledge of the staff and products are fab too :) I would absolutely love to visit again :)

Crime Prevention Services have looked after Thornley Leisure Parks security systems for over 8 years across multiple sites and I can honestly say they have provided the highest possible level of service year on year! CPS have installed new security and fire alarm systems for us and even taken over our existing systems, maintaining and servicing them to a very high standard. I highly recommend Crime Prevention Services to anyone who is unhappy with their current security provider because CPS will give you the professional, friendly service for which they are known for.
