Unbelievably poor customer service!
Was charged a call out fee for an engineer coming to the house to 'reconfigure' the hardware due to a virus. After questioning, John confirmed there were another 25 customers who had experienced the same issue due to their software being hacked. Expo-link made the decision to put the cost of this back on the customer, even though it was no fault of theirs just to try and claw some money back.
John then said "don't pay the invoice, i'll cover it. But never ring us again"Thursday 11th May 2023
