Pete M5 StarFantastic company from the first phone call to the installation. Excellent workmanship and top notch kit. Extremely polite installer Simon did a fantastic neat job and talked us through the alarm and it’s keypad. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company for securing your property with either an alarm system or cctv system. Particular mention should be made to both Simon and Chris for their professionalism, competence, politeness and empathy during the fitting and programming phases of the installation. Nothing was too much trouble for them and both were more than happy to answer any questions that arose throughout the day, it was very much appreciated. They are both a credit to themselves and the company and should be very proud of their work ethics. I would strongly recommend using this company and I will have no problems using them in the future for any advice, upgrades and servicing.

M H5 StarHG Vess have been incredibly helpful to us after we took on an older house with a faulty alarm system. They attended and had all the issues resolved on the same day, the alarm now works perfectly, even when leaving the dogs home alone! HG Vess now also look after our in-laws property too, since they have had issues in the past with erratic alarm companies letting them down. HG Vess have proved themselves dependable, trustworthy, prompt and knowledgeable. They now run annual servicing on both properties' alarm systems.
