HSI came to my mother-in-laws house yesterday to upgrade her old alarm system, Dan and Owen were punctual, arriving within the stated time. They were very professional and polite, all the work was completed in a day and the equipment they used was of good quality, when the job was completed they removed all the waste and left the house tidy, they took the time to explain the system fully and anything that wasn’t understood the first time, they went over again, they didn’t leave until my mother-in-law understood everything . I can highly recommend this company for its professionalism and it’s courtesy from the initial quote to the completion of the job. Thank you guys

Great experience all the way from our HSi order and installation. Steve who came round to look at what we needed was knowledgable and not pushy at all. And the guys doing the installation were courteous and polite, and constantly ensuring they always tidied up after themselves. We will recommend wherever possible. Cheers, David

Great experience dealing with HSI, the first security company that we asked to come visit us after a break in came an hour late! Steve came over (on time) on Thursday 12th May 2022 and gave us a quote which we were happy with. Jack and Jacob came for installation on Tuesday 17th May 2022, couldn't ask for a quicker service as the first security company said they would take 3 weeks for install! The lads were neat and the work was very tidy. Would definitely go with HSI again if I needed any additional security. Cheers guys

Mr A Chadwick Recently had an alarm upgrade from HSI, excellent first class job from start to finish. Came on time cracking job very clean & tidy, even painted the wall were the old alarm box was how many companies would do that (none).Thanks to all concerned Steve Dave & Jacob I would highly recommend this company

I rang Howarth Security today as my neighbours had told me there was a problem with my alarm. Steve came to look at the alarm within a matter of hours. Dealt with the situation very quickly and professionally. Will definitely use them in the future.
