We agreed to cancel a contract months ago due to their failure to deliver (they have agreed in writing) and months and months later they still havent returned our advance contract payments. It is totally inexcusable. Avoid this company. They are incapable of delivering the services we contracted them for. Avoid.Wednesday 11th May 2022
jules hunt1 StarOne of your drivers was aggressive and abusive when I had to move over into his lane as I had accidently got in the wrong traffic lane yesterday at 4pm in Liverpool ! This is not a respectful way to behave to any driver especailly as I had sat for two minutes at the lights indicating I needed to get over, is the normal practice for you company staff !!!! This company are a complete joke from my unfortunate experience dealing with them. I am still waiting for responses to open queries which are over 6 months old.
