Al How1 StarAbsolutely disgraceful.. peter hailsworth bullys his staff .threatens them with the sack.. one guy had a stroke. He was forced to go onto the callout rota.. the service engineers are driven to the point of explosion every day.. every job is expected to be done in half the time it takes to do the job... when mistakes are made by the service engineers they are pulled to one side and given a talking too. They pay there engineers a diabolical rate of pay . Then have ridiculously high expectations..Thursday 24th February 2022
Jinzo Lord1 StarThe company is a disgrace, the took over astra alarms and keep contacting me, to have a annual service and price has doubled. They have now been bought out by another company churches fire security and asking me for payment. I have never used mono or churches and I would recommend people to use another company.Thursday 5th May 2022

J M W1 StarThis company apparently took over Astra Alarns of Stalybridge. I say this because if you ring the Astra tel number you are then dealing with Mono. A visting Engineer told of the take over.
Anyway, Regarding Mono/Astra.
1 Expensive call out/1 hour labour rate.
2 Overpriced charges for parts.
