A huge thank you to Morgan & Russel from Moore Secure who fitted our alarm system yesterday in a professional, timely & helpful manner. The alarm system gives us peace of mind & is also very discrete / tasteful inside our house. The team went through using the system in detail with us and were happy to answer any questions we had. The fitting itself was done in a very professional manner, we were very happy with the service, couldn't have asked for more & would definitely recommend. Many thanks! Shell & Rich Thexton.

This place is like run by amateurs who don't care about customer satisfaction . Spent over £1000 on an alarm and within few months started to have problems with it . Spend £100s on service and call outs and still getting problems. Just spent another £108 on a call out for a guy to take a fuse out took him. 5 mins. Alarm kept on going off at night and I didn't even turn it on! Total rip off and they don't have the quality and expertise to back it up.

Moore Secure caused damage to our bifold doors on installation, they referred getting the damaged repaired through their insurance company. Dealing with the insurance company was not a pleasant experience, although the damage did get repaired. Throughout all of this the alarm continued to have faults and not work. Moore Secure did respond quickly to sort the ongoing issues out, but they are issues we would not have expected from a brand new alarm system. Whilst waiting for Moore Secures insurance company to contact us, we were very surprised to receive an email from Susan Moore, stating that unless we paid in full, Moore Secure would take further action. As we had not even heard from their insurance company at this point regarding the repair, we replied stating that we would pay all outstanding costs once the damage had been repaired. Moore Secure were not satisfied and demanded payment. So, we felt we were left with no option other than to request that Moore Secure remove the alarm, to which they agreed. The company repaired the doors before Moore Secure came to remove the alarm. Slightly ironic, had Moore Secure waited for the doors to be repaired, we would have paid them. That said, we were very relieved, particularly as the alarm never worked properly the entire time it was installed at our property. A side note also, when the chap came to ‘sell’ the alarm and carry-out an assessment in order to give us a quotation, he brought nothing to show us, other than a brochure. Now I am not complaining about this per se, but just want to make others aware that the brochure does not properly represent the actual size of the panel, which was absolutely massive and looked very outdated. I would like to add that the engineers that installed the alarm (despite damaging the doors), and all subsequent engineers that attended our property, particularly the chap that removed the alarm, were most pleasant and helpful. In stark contrast, dealing with the office was absolutely horrendous.
