A first class service from this company! On recommendation I contacted Nova Alarms with a request for a quotation for an alarm system. They responded initially with a phone call then with an email clearly listing possible options and precise costings and arranged a site visit for a few days later. Adam attended on time and, after an assessment giving a clear and logical explanation of options fitting my individual circumstances, I agreed to having a system installed. There was absolutely no hard sell and I felt under no pressure to buy. Just 10 days later Darrell arrived, again on time, and with good cheer and a very pleasant manner simply got on with the job. He worked quietly and unobtrusively, answering my numerous questions about the workings of the system and explaining the pros and cons of all its elements. He was tidy and meticulous and even downloaded the App onto my wife's phone explaining to both of us how to manage the system from the App as well as from the physical control box. Before leaving he removed all packaging from the parts used and left my home as tidy as he found it. We set the alarm that night and disabled it the following morning, trouble free. We look forward to his return in a few days for a camera installation. In short, we are very pleased with what Nova Alarms have done for us and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. A job well done!

After changing my router my alarm system app needed to be paired. A phone call to Nova Northwest for support with this soon got it sorted. Adam was brilliant and talked me through each stage and now all good. I have always found them to be helpful, professional and responsive. A big thumbs up 👍
