I telephoned Nova Alarms and spoke to a lovely lady, who arranged for Joe to visit our home today to look at a fault on our alarm. He arrived on time and explained the fault in clear detail and was friendly and polite. Excellent service. I would certainly recommend and use again. Thank you.

Beautifully clear and fair pricing structure. Excellent initial consultation visit from Adam to advise on what could be done. Superb service from Darryl the installation engineer - very neat and tidy, no mess ! Friendly and professional. Took time to make sure I understood what he was doing and how to use the equipment. Excellent service from start to finish. A local family run business and it was a pleasure to deal with Adam who gave me the quote then Daryll who installed the alarm and then gave me a demo/instructions on how to use it. I would not hesitate to recommend Nova Alarms.

I used Nova Alarms for the first time last week as I’d had so many recommendations from friends and family,and with them being a local company made my mind up to try them. The fault I had was diagnosed as a possible outside siren problem. A date was set for the replacement of the siren to be carried out and they turned up as arranged. On inspection the fault wasn’t the siren but a small wire which had corroded. The wire was replaced and no extra charge for what turned out to be a quick repair,just the annual service cost. What I was most impressed with apart from the overall service was the total honesty in the diagnosis of the fault. They could have changed and charged for the new siren and I would have been non the wiser. First class service from what I see is a brilliant company. I will use them completely from now on.

I needed a door contact re attaching, so I phoned Nova on the Friday afternoon, and they came out on the Monday and sorted everything out perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better and speedier service. Proper friendly too, everyone I spoke with. And they saved me a lot of money rather than going through the company who originally installed it, who wanted more than twice the price just to come out. Would definitely use again!
