Han nah5 StarCalled in an emergency as we had a powercut and our burglar alarm was going off and we didn't have the code to reset it. After spending 20mins phoning around trying other companies who were going to charge for a call out and additional fees, a gentleman from Nova advised me to simply enter a code and the whole system reset and switched off.
Literally saved me £80 and myself and my neighbours a stressful night!
