Rob was fantastic from start to finish. He was very clear on what the system does and took me through step by step how to make sure I had full access from my phone. Rob dealt with my cctv installation in a very professional manner and was always on time. Work undertaken was clean and tidy and Rob provided a clear overview of how to operate the system. Rob went further and lent me his extension cable as I didn’t have a power outlet near to where I wanted the NVR positioned. To date the cctv is working well with no issues. Overall I’m very pleased with the outcome.

Rob of NRI Security got in contact with me a few minutes after I made enquiries about getting an Alarm system on Bark.com. The alarm system offered and installed is a fantastic product and really great quality that is easy to use. Rob was happy to answer all our questions and arranged a viewing of the alarm system prior to us committing. There was no pressure around the sale at all, just the facts we needed and a full price quoted. The price was extremely competitive and the Alarm we got is great. When we decided to commit, Rob got it fully installed two days later and was really helpful in explaining how it all worked afterwards. Communication was brilliant throughout with nothing too much trouble and he came exactly at the planned time to the minute!. NRI turned up to give me a quote and Rob explained what I needed and the different systems they supplied. The quote was very competitive and I proceeded with the installation of 3 cctv full colour cameras. Rob turned up on the day we agreed. I am overjoyed with the system a very neat job and I couldn’t even see where he hid the cables. Rob explained the system and how to work the app on my mobile phone.
