Relatives house alarm hadn,t been used for years didn't know the code so had to get it working again. Engineer Neil arrived on time very impressed with his manner and his efficiency to sort the job out. Explained what needed to be checked and done, gave the system a full check over and service had to replace one part, price as quoted no hidden costs. Job well done I would recommend thank you

Relatives had issues with a very old (1986!!) alarm not working. Engineer, Neil, attended today (12/12/23) and found the faults very quickly and explained the faults very well in simple terms. New bell box fitted and main panel battery changed. All costs were clarified prior to works being carried out. Excellent, professional service from Neil. Would definitely use Pier Alarms again and would recommend to others.

Called Pier Alarms for to enquire about resetting an alarm at a property I have bought, but have no code for. They told me that they would only do the work if I signed up to a 12 month emergency response contract. A fine attempt at gouging money from me for no good reason. Very disappointing. I could not recommend

Ive had an alarm from pier alarms for the past 6 years without any problems and had annual service. I have just moved home and had another alarm and cctv fitted, they turned up on time and worked efficiently and cleaned up any dust perfect I will use and recommend them any time.

We've had a Pier Alarm for years, first time I've had to call them out for a fault. Even though they are short staffed. They managed to squeeze me in and fault fixed in no time. A great local company to.👍
