Hey PRO CCTV, I have recently been in contact with you and my husband has also been to your premises where you trade from regarding our CCTV you installed. Unfortunately as mentioned previously one of the cameras are not working. We kindly asked you to come and look into this, you haven't. Before you installed the equipment you informed us that there is a years guarantee and you would also come out when there is a problem. Hope fully this will initiate a response
