Called John after having an issue with my drain outside,it was blocked and therefore was overfilling when the sink or shower was being used. Bring completely useless at DIY I called John and he come out ASAP giving me a call beforehand. After about 30 minutes him and his colleague had sorted the problem. Drain works properly now. From a situation that I was getting worried about to nice easy fix. John is as genuine as they come.A good honest local lad, with competitive prices. Cheers Lee (Alsagers Bank)

Jon is incredibly polite and professional. We had an issue with blocked drains in our area. Upon investigation, Jon actually pointed out that it was the responsibility of Severn Trent Water and that they would do it free of charge. Not often you get a tradesman that would give up money to point you in the direction of someone to do it for free! However, I was happy for Jon to investigate himself as he had taken the time out of his day to attend. Unfortunately the problem was affecting the drains down the entire street and so Severn Trent Water would have to do the job. Despite being out investigating for 45 mins Jon did not charge me a penny! (although I was happy to pay him for his time) Absolutely superb guy that I would recommend to anyone. Very rare to meet a tradesman with such integrity.

Had a gurgling kitchen sink for months that I couldn't fix. One call to Jon and in less than 24 hours the problem was located and fixed and for a very reasonable price. Lovely guys, prompt and knowledgeable. Recommend them to fix any drainage problems and I've saved their contact details in case I need drain work in the future.

We had a blocked drain and no inspection chamber. Jonathan and Michael did a fantastic job at finding how the drains were routed and to our surprised ended up going round the back of our property and down the neighbours drains. They did a great job of clearing the blockage and also installed an inspection chamber. At the end they left the place clean and tidy. Very friendly and professional!

I used Proflow for the second time as the service is excellent. He was very prompt, professional and having identified the problem with the down pipe from the gutter, sorted it out and then demonstrated it all working well. All rubbish was tidied away we’ve had no problem since. Great price too! I will not hesitate to recommend Proflow to friends and family.
