I had a box installed by Progress Lifeline and within a week it had affected my wi-fi it prevented my making and receiving calls and resulted in my using up and having to top up mobile data Rather than being a benefit to me it was a nightmare, I was in isolation so having no visitors at all and for over a week I had only my mobile phone to contact anyone. I did not know the cause of the problem until I contacted my phone line supplier because Progress live were only people I could contact and they didnt seem to understand my problem as I could speak to them through the box. It had a profound effect on my mental wellbeing I would never recommend them as you are totally reliant on them and all other support is taken away. I felt I had lost my independence would not like to inflict that on my worst enemy

It is an honour to work for Progress Lifeline. All staff are compassionate about what they do, having sat in the control centre and listened to each and every one of the control centre staff talk to people, I would not hesitate in recommending this service to my own family and others.
