After Googling I found Radium Security Systems website and was impressed right away. I emailed my inquiry and had an instant response. The managing director himself, Paul Robinson visited us the following day as promised and did a survey. Paul was friendly and professional, he explained everything in simple terms with no pushy sales language and gave us a few options to choose from. As promised the following day his quote arrived and we booked the installation for the next week. Ian and his team arrived on time on the day, they replaced the old system and installed all the new equipment in just a few hours. Again Ian was friendly, polite and left no mess. He tested everything and explained how to use it, which is so much easier compared to the old system and it looks super hi-tech but also very discrete inside all the rooms etc. The exterior bell box looks superb especially at night as the main panel is backlit with the Radium logo and alternating green LED's below, very nice. I will happily recommend Paul and his company to anyone in the future. Book Radium today, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again folks, Keep up the great work.

Can’t praise highly enough. Response time through to calling to quote to booking the job in and completing the work was fantastic. From start to finish everything was sorted within a few days. Carried out repairs and upgrades to my cctv system. The standard of work is excellent. I wish all tradesmen were this good. Thank you to Paul, Harry, Ryan and Ethan for a great job. 10/10. It is very rarely that I write and post a 5* review of a person and a business. This is one of those occasions when I needed some urgent work to be carried out too restore my home CCTV system as I was going on holiday in less than a weeks time. I contacted Radium Security Systems about my issue that required fixing and the urgency. From that point the contact and on going communication was prompt, customer focussed and professional. The site survey was carried out that day, the detailed quotation was received the next day and the actually work started and was completed as promised the very next day. The work done was in my opinion first class, the price was both competitive and good value for money. My contact who actually carried out the required was Mr Paul Robinson whom I found to be first class in his communication and quality of work was from start too finish. Thank you Mr Paul Robinson.
