Contact Centre Team5 StarExcellent experience from start to finish. Listened to what we wanted, made recommendations, sent an easy to read quote with optional extras/upgrades. Great price, great customer experience, fitting was quick and no mess. Alarm, App & motion sensor are all exactly as we wanted and very easy to use. I would recommend Radium to anyone, (I have already recommended Radium to a neighbour) and Paul, the MD was fab. The installers were both very respectful ( they even took their shoes off when coming into the house ) knowledgeable and helpful, installing the app onto both of our phones and PC. Paul even repaired our alarm system at no extra cost as the initial installer couldn't be bothered getting back to us . Highly recommend Radium.Saturday 12th June 2021
