Sophie Robson1 StarI booked Raydaw to service our fire alarm for our small commercial business. When the engineer (Paul) arrived I showed him around for him to tell me he wouldn't do the annual test as our system was 'illegal'. We had been told otherwise by a different company the year before. He said we needed a more up to date system and explained what we needed. He was a little in your face and rude but I was slightly concerned as anyone would be and asked for a quote for the upgraded system. He failed to get back to me which I thought was strange as they are missing out on a sale. Since then I have contacted several other companies and had a fire risk assessment done by a professional. Our system is perfectly fine for the size of our business and doesn't need a new installation. Rude guy, bad advice.Thursday 8th November 2018
