I experienced a fault on my alarm system on Friday evening. I raised a ticket on Nick's web site just before lunch on Saturday. Nick replied promptly a couple of hours later and said he'd be able to fit me in later that day after another job. As promised, Nick called me late Saturday afternoon to confirm he could still fit me in and was on his way. Nick quickly established the fault was due to a dead battery and he replaced it with a new one very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Nick is very professional and provides a great level of customer service. Thanks, Richard
