maico 4905 StarI purchased a maxxone 4 channel dvr which was password locked, after contacting maxxone/satsecure support I found them to be extremely helpful, polite courteous and determined to help me with my issue. I cannot thank them enough for helping me. They eventually found the special password which unlocked my dvr. Once again Thank you so much, my sister in law will also be really grateful as she is wanting a little bit of security after fighting cancer.Thursday 23rd November 2023
Daniel Carrigan5 StarI had never fitted or done any cctv work before. I had decided to get a POE system as less wires around the house. I was sold the kit I needed including the rj45 cable crimping tool along with wire. I fitted the plug and play Poe cctv maxxone system and it all came on even direct to my phone via a app. Thanks for advice and helpful info.Saturday 13th May 2017

The customer service was brilliant - they went through their alarms and i took the one they recommended and I love it. It's so easy to use, if i have any issues they are super helpful even after the sale.
