I tried to top my EWMs up on line - tried several times....kept saying not possible at this time, try later or conact them....after many failed attempts I got s chat agent - he was uselss and said to call them. Meantime email messages saying payment method invalid - update details - (which I realised was the problem as my card had been renewed). I pressed the button to update details - directed again to a contact form!
In frustration that a qualuty company can have such incompetent IT I managed to speak to a lady - who did sort the issue out but to be fair did not really ask the right questions to ascertain the problem was a card update required. I got here after a lot of ineffective contacts.
Lets hop if your vehicle is lost they are less incompetent.......Thursday 9th September 2021
Povilas Prokapas1 StarAwful service!! They charge money for the services they can't provide. Tracker stops working all the time, getting false movement messages. Last time the tracker worked was 2 weeks ago!! Customer service non existent at all. Would really like to see them being investigated for unfair business operations!Thursday 10th June 2021
