Having recently moved house we asked SPS for a quote for a new alarm system and video door bell. The pricing was competitive and we decided to proceed there was a quick response. On installation day Aiden and Lewis were professional and polite and did the job with minimum of delay. Quick shout out to Lydia in the office who handled our calls and appointments very efficiently. Would highly recommended (even one of our neighbours asked Aiden for a business card!)

I can't recommend Nathan and his team enough for providing an exceptional service for my 70 year old mother. Mum is not good/scared of new technology but found with the teams support very easy to use. They helped her pick out the right set up for her needs and the size of her home which included a panic alarm in her bedroom, they also set up an alert app on my phone so i know when her alarm is triggered in emergency amongst other features. They looked after her from start to finish. And even told her if she has any questions/worries in the future to give them a call. It's such a comfort knowing my mum and her property are safe at all time. Thank you SPS for your kind and professional service.

Superb Customer Service, Craftsmanship, and Company. Having spent a number of months researching CCTV security systems. I arrived at a short list of two companies . My first contact with Secure and Protect Solutions was via a telephone conversation with Lydia (operations manager). This was on a rainy miserable Monday morning , speaking to Lydia was like a ray of sunshine. Nathan made a visit the following day and carried out a full survey . With my research I had formed preconceived ideas on the type of camera system I wanted to use. Nathan gave his views on my camera of choice , and explained why he felt that another system was more suited to the installation. At no time did Nathan appear patronising, this was backed up with his excellent product Knowledge. Having placed my order the following day, Aiden arrived on Friday morning to carry out the installation . From the first moment Aiden presented himself as personable and extremely hard working young man .Not stopping for a cup of tea and taking just 10 minutes for his lunch. His commitment to conceal the cables exceeded all my expectations , and made some aspects of the installation very challenging . At the end of a long day Aiden was very understanding and patient with my lack of IT skills . The CCTV system is first class and the quality of the images is excellent . Proving Nathan's product knowledge and advice well- founded . I have no hesitation in recommending Secure and Protect Solutions to my family and friends. Thank you all for an excellent job your company is like a breath of fresh air.

Very efficient installation of Alarm system and new CCTV by SPS….Dealing with Lydia was very professional and the response times were prompt , the installation was carried out by Aiden in a very organised,clean and professional manner… An excellent job all round… Would 💯 recommend 👍
