I got in contact with Sleepwell Security Solutions for advice to find out what would be the best security option for us. They came to have a look and talk through all the options. Gave advice which one to go with and we are happy with. Very professional, friendly and helpful service with high set standards. Would highly recommend.

Honest, prompt, courteous, tidy, and can do what every other electrician said was too difficult. There is no better service out there.

Had I written my review shortly after installation my comments would have mirrored those of the reviewers before me, despite the fact that the job overran by several days as Akos appeared unable to configure the system & had to make numerous calls to Hikvision. It actually took several months to iron out all the issues, the main problem being an email alert virtually every 5 minutes. Since then a few minor problems have developed with the system & getting them fixed has become a major battle. Firstly the phone app no longer works on my phone (but works on my wife's). I tried to re-connect this but it asked me to scan a QR code. This apparently - according to Akos - is in the system settings, under the maintenance section, which I couldn't access because it requires an admin password which only Akos knows. It's actually on the underside of the recorder. At this point Akos tried to sell me an annual maintenance package. Alternatively he would come out and re-set the system for a cost of £150. I would also then - apparently - need to register with the Information Commissioner's Office, although the ICO's website does say "You don’t need to register with the ICO or pay a fee (this is a change from the previous law)." It then became apparent - having found the QR code - that I couldn't re-connect my phone without the admin password. This really didn't need a visit from an engineer, the only reason why that was necessary was because it needed the admin password. So I asked Akos for the admin password, which seemed like a perfectly reasonable request - to know the password to my own system. He couldn't do that without giving me admin rights with him being present in front of the system, which seemed very odd & an unnecessary inconvenience. A second issue developed in that a mask had moved. This is a really simple thing to fix, but again it is locked down & requires an admin password. Once again I am refused the password to my own system & the issue has apparently arisen because either the camera has moved or I have changed the zoom settings on the system. Neither is true. I am now accused of owing money from the original installation which I clearly have "no intention to pay". There was a small invoice for a few extras that were added once the work had started but I think you'll find , Akos, that I texted you to say I couldn't find any email with details of the extra owed which wasn't responded to & then again with "I don't believe you have sent me details of the money I still owe you" a few weeks later. That text contained a few other questions & you did not mention the extra charges in your reply. I still don't have that invoice. More recently when you raised the matter after I requested my own password, I asked again, but still don't have an invoice. You have apparently had enough of my mood swings, which seems to be a reaction to my persistence. Most recently you have told me that you will not give me your company passwords, despite the fact that I am not asking for your company passwords, just the admin password to my own system. I surmise from this that you use the same admin password on every installation as I can't think of any other reason why you would refer to them as your company passwords. But you have never explained this & still haven't confirmed that my assumption is correct. If I am right (& the only other reason I can think of why you wouldn't give me my own password is that you are simply being awkward) this raises a number of concerns: 1. We all know that using one password for all is bad practice. 2. People may want to change service provider for a whole host of reasons, but your customers can only do so if you come out & personally change the password, an unnecessary inconvenience 3. What happens if - god forbid - something happens to you. Are all your customers then stuck with no admin passwords & then left with the choice of either sending their recorder back to Hikvision to re-set it or buying a new recorder & configuring that. Two minor problems have resulted in an ongoing, unnecessary, saga.

Akos was sent out to my rented property after ongoing electrical faults with our taps causing small electric shocks. We had previous electricians out to the fault sent by estate agents, but none of them could be bothered to investigate the problem and seemed not interested as it was a strange fault.Akos arrived and investigated the problem properly and diagnosed the fault. He went out of his way to sort this fault and can not recomennd him enough. Also a top guy and easy to getting on with. You won't go wrong with akos for any electrical work. Thanks again akos.
