Under value experienced and loyal staff.
Do not offer any benefits or training, as discussed at interview
One off uniform given at start
Patrolling staff are over worked and
under paid.
Travelling up to 300 miles in one day, without appropriate breaks or a lunch, because of schedules.
Long working hours, back to back.
Vehicles are in poor repair
The appropriate PPE was not provided at the much needed time of COVID.
Particular office staff are valued more.
Management staff use foul language and bullying tactics towards there security staff.
When any issues are raised, they are not addressed as written in the company hand book.
No, "thank you for working over".
No, "here is a bonus for all of your hard work and loyalty to the company and passion for the job".
Definitely NOT deserving of their current 'Investors In People' award

William Gartland5 Starwe had both a new alarm system and a cctv system with 4 cameras, both are fantastic and bang up to date, alarm can be set and unset from iPhone, and cameras can be monitored with iPhone as well as looking at specific dates & times, we are delighted with both systems, and the staff who installed were very courteous, tidy, prompt and skilled. Definitely recommend them for burglar alarms and cctv systems!Friday 22nd February 2019
