Failed at the first hurdle. Despite 2 phone calls, Stuart couldn't even be bothered to reply either via a call or text. New business, plus the opportunity to take over 5 other homes and a small business. Acknowledging a call isn't that difficult, whether you want the business or not. It's impossible to recommend anybody who hasn't the decency to let people know one way or the other. It certainly doesn't doesn't inspire confidence in them.

Excellent Service I'm very pleased with the new CCTV system and alarm system installed by Stockport CCTV at my house. Stuart and Jamie installed a 4 camera system, an alarm system and 2 security lights all in one day. They were very prompt, tidy and polite. I received clear instructions on how to use the systems. The App on my phone is easy to use and allows me to interact with the alarm system and view the CCTV images (live and recorded). The price of the equipment and installation was very competitive. I will be taking out a very reasonably priced annual maintenance contract when the 12 months warranty expires.

Had some cameras fitted on a residential property December 2020, prior to fitting I was told the equipment had a 2 year warranty on it. We were happy with the equipment and the service up until one of the cameras started playing up. Been calling, texting and emailing for 3 weeks and have received not one response or even an acknowledgement. It's such a shame as the fix is probably something very simple and will now need to go down the legal route to have the contract honoured. Great whilst it works but if you have a fault with your equipment, then this company is an absolute nightmare to deal with! Avoid!

I would happily recommend Stockport CCTV. Stuart was punctual, polite and very clean whilst carrying out the work. We had 3 cameras installed, quality products used and communication on how it all works was 1st class. You won't be disappointed.

Very professional service. Punctuality was spot on and the job was done within half a day. Would highly recommend if you want CCTV set up at your business. Stuart also helped me set up one of my TVs to the wall mount and provided me with an extra cable. After searching online for quotes for a while this was the best one and the value for money was great. Thank you for doing a fantastic job.
