Alison Tyson1 StarAwful customer service. I bought 2 Olivia cameras a couple of months ago. One has suddenly developed a fault. For 4 weeks I have been 'fobbed off' by Time2 customer services with firmware updates and being told their engineers are onto it and to leave my camera plugged in. I have rang and emailed several times asking to exchange and I have even offered to drive over to exchange the camera for a new one. I've got to the point now that I have given up trying. Time2 are not returning my calls or emails. Shame, as the camera is fab when it's working properly!Sunday 15th October 2023
Caroline Surplice5 StarPurchase processed and received the next day. Floodlight with camera is easy to set up. Adjustable floodlight is a great option. Camera is very clear and infrared is excellent. So happy we ordered another 2!Tuesday 8th August 2023

I called them about a third party app which was no longer supported on the App Store. Despite the fact that TIME2 no longer sold this Bluetooth version, they were extremely helpful by suggesting an alternative app that would do the job.
I imagine most other suppliers would try to up sell their current WiFi version to me. An operative by the name of Adam deserves particular mentionTuesday 29th September 2020

Have always been pleased with them, their functions, quality of the pictures and ease of use of the app. Very happy with my purchase and, the only time I've had to contact the company their response was excellent and immediate (thanks Nazia !!). Got through straight away and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who was able to answer all my questions. Have now purchased the Sophia 2 camera and it is excellent. It was very simple to set up and the set-up video and manual were easy to understand. This is an excellent product with excellent technical support before and after.
