I bough a mix of Olivias and Oscars, the were all easy to set up and the tech support from Adam was excellent. I asked him for assistance on three occasions (mainly as I hadn't read the instructions correctly!) and he gave me quick and easy to follow steps. I would definitely recommend, especially for people who are not too tech savvy!

I needed some help with setting up my Time2 camera, so I called the customer service. Adam was very quick in understanding the issue and fixing it. Even though my camera is currently out of support, Adam still helped with sending me the password reset link and setup instructions. Highly recommend this product and service!

Can't fault the customer service from this company. From setting up, connecting to new router, to adding new products etc. any time I have called or emailed I have had a timely and very helpful response from Adam. I highly recommend.

Bought Oscar 3, couldn't scan the QR code, contacted customer support. They got back to me within a few hours and were so helpful. Not only with the code scanning but also talked me through changing my internet from 5G down to 2.4G. Being a technophobe I was so grateful for the assistance. My camera is now operational, connected to my mobile device and has clear picture with good coverage and the infra red gives gives me a sense of security at night. Well done Time2.

I have been using two-Time2 security cameras for almost three years. They are of high quality and the night vision is impressive. Easy to set up and to operate via my mobile phone. I recently changed to a new i-phone and had an issue with the Time2 app, a call to Adam in customer Services and the problem was solved. Great quality camera and first class customer service- highly recommended.
