Grahame the intallation guy was very professional and friendly. The work done is a very high standard and the quality of the cameras exceeded my expectations. Mandy Hall4 StarFrom the first contact with Phillip was great he advised us what we needed and not what we wanted which was too much and a waste of money. He talked us through everything and was very helpful and polite. Installation went well, just a small issue which my husband spotted when he got home from work, so rang customer services who wasn't very helpful said he would ring back, but had to ring back ourselves 2 days later, still no joy so rang Phillip our sales rep who sorted straightaway, due to Phillip we are going to be a repeat customer for our alarms.
