Omg best alarm ever had for a week and wow the response to an alert is immediately they call u as soon as its set of .and the door bell well how cool If someone in yr front garden you can sound a siren on yr phone to scare them Plus the images and video are so clear i just love ❤️ more than my hubby

If I could leave zero I would. I am shocker of the poor service and communication I have received. 4 years I have had the system and nothing but problems. Told them I want to cancel and they said we will apply the discount to the system for you and your cancellation will still be in place. Had windows and doors removed and not a single tamper message on the shock sensors at all. The operator told me as long at they are placed together within 45 seconds it doesn’t matter. The back door completely failed to trigger and didn’t even notify them it happened. Oh try cancel they out your bill up to the highest remove all discount and be 3 month period. If you want your property to be safe then avoid at all costs The operator also put discount on my system instead of cancelling me. Cancelled the cancellation in order for a financial gain as this is how they earn commission. Sneaky sales tactics to earn money. I was also told I owned the system but now they are saying they remove it all

I never leave reviews but felt it was necessary to warn you to avoid at all costs. We paid a £400 upfront fee which the guy told us was for ownership of the alarm system and I asked several times if this meant if we cancelled the (what quickly rose to extortionate) monthly subscription fee we'd own the system and he confirmed. Skip to 2 years later, it took me over 6 months to cancel the subscription fee as they say a special team have to call you but never do and then when I finally cancelled I was told I don't own the system and the £400 upfront cost was installation fees... £400 for a guy to come out for 20 mins... Riiiight! They were completely dismissive of their sales guy saying we owned it and there are 5 other people who were told the same thing on my estate. They come and remove everything unless you pay more money to keep the system. Shocking all round.
