Omg best alarm ever had for a week and wow the response to an alert is immediately they call u as soon as its set of .and the door bell well how cool If someone in yr front garden you can sound a siren on yr phone to scare them Plus the images and video are so clear i just love ❤️ more than my hubby

Been following up with them for months since had some issues with the Camera and also noticed that they had started charging me twice for my doorbell subscription. After following up for weeks finally received a call saying they would fix it and x date and compensate me and return that money that they overcharged + also give me a discount for the inconvenience. I agreed and also decided to buy some more products which after paying on the day of installation they charged me again on the next bill and I have been chasing since! The company’s customer service is the worst and either the invoicing team have no clue on what should be charged/is paid and agreed or the company just want to overcharge the customers as not everyone checks their bills and that’s how they are now making money! I am still awaiting a resolution from the directors office which has also stopped responding however would advise people to avoid on all costs unless you have time to waste on following up on the issues and also money that you don’t need!

Absolutely shocking resolution department! Waiting for refund to be processed since Jan 2023 still waiting. Initally was misold products and services by their sales man luckily I had my own video recording to prove I signed up for a package but later the contract may have been redrafted in office to inflate price and signatures falsely copied over. Threatened to take them smalls claims court as they are not regulated by any accredited body so you cant complain against the missellint to a governing body this is the scam, they advise they are accredited but thats just their products which are. Still waiting refunds also been over charged twice multiple times. Watch out their sales call out team are conns they will say anything to for you to sign up. Always have live recordong when your signing up contracts as they will have you up the walls trying to get back your hard earnt mony. Will fob you off woth a smelly £50 voucher when thwy know they have messed up big time. AVOID LIKE A PLAUGE!!!!

Doesn't work and they still charging me for it so I cancelled direct debit now threatening me. They want to take equipment back but told them no chance, not because the equipment has any use to me but because of principle. Will never use these guys again. Installers are like criminals and liers they tell me system is made in Germany but is in fact made in Spain. Cheap alarm system which hardly makes any noise once activated. I was clearly told that I can cancel any time. But now they telling me they want 3 months notice

Most useless alarm system ever. They turned off the alarm after 3 minutes and let the intruder do what he needed to do whilst I was out of the country. The installer was an absolute cowboy who wanted me to transfer a "deposit" into his personal account to hold a price. Despite all this, he's still working there as if nothing ever happened or if he didn't breach company policies. Absolute joke of a place with terrible equipment. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor their alarm system
