Liam had previously installed an alarm and CCTV at my home. I required an upgrade to my cctv. He came to my house to discuss what was required, made a couple of very helpful suggestions and then arranged a time to do the work. He came and did a brilliant job. I recommend to anyone.

Vi-Tec installed a Hikvision 16 camera IP CCTV Network and Hikvision Intercom System at our property. All of which is connected across the property on internal modules, televisions and mobile devices. The service provided by Liam was first class and very professional. Liam was extremely patient, responsive, and knowledgable in helping us find the correct system for our needs. The installation itself is as neat and tidy as they come. Liam and his colleague Rob found the best cable routes and ensured everything was secure, hidden, and well organised. The system looks and works great. I obtained a bunch of quotes for installing the system (from larger security firms to smaller electrical contractors). I chose Liam because he seemed a genuine guy wanting to provide a professional service with clear and transparent pricing. I am happy to say I have not been disappointed! Thanks Liam and Rob.

We contacted Vi-Tec Innovative Solutions Ltd with a view to having a surveillance network installed at our property. I first contacted Liam via telephone to discuss our requirements. Liam arranged a prompt site survey to assess our needs. On the day of the survey Liam arrived promptly and conducted himself professionally throughout our appointment. Liam took into account our expectations, budget and property construction and advised appropriately what hardware and software best suited us before providing a detailed detailed quotation. Vi-Tec Ltd. is a Hikvision Certified Installer. Liam booked the installation at a time compatible with my work commitments and could not have been more accommodating to my shift pattern, he was transparent with all costings and his suppliers, this is something I’ve found many companies to lack. Our installation consisted off 16 internal and external bullet, turret, plz cameras and security lighting. All cabling, mounts, brackets and trunking was installed in line with industry standards. Liam even ensured our security lighting was integrated with our bespoke home automation network. The resulting installation was neat, clean and visually presentable, his team cleaned up work areas upon completion and even touched up areas with paint as needed, a first class job from start to finish. We also had data cabinet and television mounts installed too, Liam and his team of installers exceeded expectations and provided a professional, friendly and competent service. I would not hesitate to utilise his services again for any future maintenance and audio visual installations. Our hikvision equipment is backed by a 3 year warranty for peace of mind. Upon completion of the installation, Liam and the team conducted a final walk-around assessment to ensure we were completely happy with the installation and camera positions prior to signing off the job, GDPR compliant signage was also installed in relevant areas. Every member of the Vi-Tec team that attended our property adhered to the latest COVID-19 guidance, including social distancing and face coverings worn throughout, which gave us peace of mind in the current climate and the job was completed on time.
