I have just sold two cars and cancelled my Vodaphone Automotive tracking. One had 11-months subscription paid for and one had 10-months. "We don't refund part subscriptions, the small print is on our website" said customer services. That's thereabouts £600.00 of my hard earned English swallowed up by Vodaphone. These idiots need avoiding, and I absolutely guarantee I will never use Vodaphone again for anything!

The practice of not refunding part of a subscription upon cancellation is shameful. Not my first experience of Vodafone and less than favourable practice and my recommendation would be to avoid any dealings with the company if at all possible.

I’d give it a MINUS 10 if I could, couldn’t even locate me half the time and the geofence worked when i was about 10 miles down the road……simply the worst tracker system I ever had installed, didn’t even work for the last six months, and they wanted a £150 call out just to check it, before repair or replacement at my cost……..so I got a new Scorpion tracker system fitted for £180, that has a 3 year warranty and works on all networks, not just Voda!!!!

Where are all your customer service advisors - you can NEVER get through to anybody. Admit it Vodafone - they’re NOT busy, they’re just not there - you have no customer advisors, you’re just taking my money and providing no service at all. If you are thinking of installing a tracker in your pride & joy, you could not do worse than install a Vodafone Automotive device.

A rip-off merchant with many tricks to empty the wallets of Porsche owners. Vodafone will try to extract the renewal premium of £217, when it is only halfway through the contract year. Their other favourite trick is to 'turn off' the tracker if you resist paying 6 months early...which means an expensive 'reset' at the main dealers!! They will have further tricks .. these are just two nasty experiences I am have had in my first year with them. There must be a cheaper and better service elsewhere??
