Kelly Smith5 StarAbsolutely amazing team - from the initial enquiry through to the engineers visit, the service received from Webb’s has been second to none. I initially contacted them after having an alarm fitted by a friend of a friend electrician come ‘cow boy’ alarm installer, for it to not work correctly and constantly sounding in tamper, waking the street up numerous times. I wasn’t sure if I’m the job was too small but was given a very competitive estimate over the telephone , and was assured that these types of alarm systems are ones that they work on all the time and reassured me that they would be able to programme and service / test the system to make it work correctly. It’s been 2 weeks now and I’m very happy with how the alarm works, and the 3 different sets that the engineer programmed for Day, Bed and my cats. GETMYOWN BACK1 StarCamera and cable installed on neighbouring property without permission. Cable moved shortly after installation, along with unpleasant comments. Camera has remained for at least 18 months. Had a right battle to get it relocated. Not a very professional company to do that. Should install on property buying the system, not the neighbours property. Your reply is not related to me, there is no drain near this installation nor is overlooking a side entrance and you didn't advise us of anything. Richard Orange5 StarAfter moving house we inherited a system that was maintained by ADT. We tried working with them but their pricing was extortionate and the people they sent were very unreliable.
I found Webb Security via google and have used them for the last 2 years. Their engineers are always honest, reliable and very reasonably priced. Top quality service.Monday 27th February 2017
