Joke !!! Machine got stollen drove through 3 fences while it alerted the call centre and its on video and no one was notified at all . We only knew when turned up to work today . So 3 fences ruined . Work today ruined and a dumper stolen while they watched. Pathetic .

Wow! Contacted WCCTV about support for an older product of theirs The only positive was their honesty and straight forwardness, in letting us know that they wouldn't be helping at all. Not the kind of people you would want to do business with

We are using WCCTV on our site currently and I recieved a call from their 24/7 response team today (19/08/23) at 8.03am who spoke to me very rudely. I do not tolerate being spoken to like that. I don't recommend using WCCTV as their customer service is very poor.

I have recently left a company where we used WCCTV services. In all my time in construction I have never had such an appalling security company work for us. We had two cctv towers and a night guard from them. They never took responsibility for the site security. Recently had an email from them saying we were ‘repeat offenders’ as the night guard kept failing to ring in to the monitoring room when out on patrol and he kept setting the alarm sensors off even though the guard worked for WCCTV! We’ve had multiple break ins which they failed to prevent anything from being stolen. All they do is put their towers up, take your money and then try and put all the security responsibilities back into you as the client. The control room are rude when they speak to you and treat you like you work for them when it’s the other way round. Total lack of professionalism. If you want a tower moving expect to wait two weeks and then get a massive bill. I used to get multiple phone calls from the control room in the middle of the night saying the cameras had been set off, I used to get multiple phone calls from their security guard in the middle of the night about non emergency issues such as a light bulb flickering. I’d never ever use this company again. What a total lack of professionalism.
